Artist Statement

Hello, my name is Shaun. I’ve always had a deep love for art, and much of my inspiration comes from my grandfather, an extraordinary artist who helped spark my creative journey. When I was sixteen, I asked him to teach me how to paint. He agreed, and together we completed two paintings — an experience that awakened my lifelong passion for creating art.

Since then, I’ve continued to paint, constantly exploring new techniques and striving to grow as an artist. Though I miss my grandfather dearly, I feel his presence every time I pick up a brush. Through my work, I hope to share that same sense of connection, joy, and emotion with others.
